The Standard Cut Design refers to a fireplace surround with straight, clean lines and a simple, rectangular shape. It emphasizes the natural beauty of the stone without additional curves or ornate details, making it a versatile and timeless choice that fits both classic and modern interiors.

We offer a fully bespoke service, crafting surrounds to your precise measurements. If our standard sizes aren’t suitable for your space, please don’t hesitate to get in touch we’ll be happy to explore custom options with you.
All bespoke surrounds are fabricated here in the UK, with a typical lead time of 2–3 weeks from the point of order.
As with all natural stone products, Limestone fireplace surrounds display natural variations that contribute to their authentic charm and individuality. These include:
* Texture Variation – Limestone naturally contains fine grain patterns and subtle fossil markings that add depth and organic character to the surface.
* Colour Variations – Gentle shifts in shade are inherent to limestone. Tones may range slightly lighter or darker, creating a soft, natural variation that enhances the material’s visual appeal.
* Mineral Markings & Shell Inclusions – Limestone may feature occasional mineral specks or small shell fragments formed over millions of years. These are naturally occurring and part of the stone’s unique geological history.
* Micro-pits & Natural Pores – The presence of tiny pits or pores is typical of limestone and results from the stone’s formation process. These are not signs of damage but natural textural features.

Palletised orders: Delivered via our trusted courier, Walkers Transport Ltd.
Sample orders: Sent via Royal Mail (typically 2–3 working days).
Small parcels: Delivered by DPD or Parcelforce.
Coping stones are delivered on pallets using an 18-tonne vehicle with a tail lift. Offloading is kerbside via pump truck.
We cannot deliver onto gravel, grass, or mud. If your driveway is gravel, delivery will be made to the nearest hard-surfaced area.
Please inform our sales team of any access restrictions (e.g. narrow lanes, low-hanging trees).
A smaller 7.5-tonne vehicle may be arranged upon request, subject to availability, potential delays, and additional charges.
If your property has a gravel or grass surface, someone must be present to accept the delivery.
Walkers Transport will confirm your delivery date via email.
Deliveries take place between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
If you cannot be present, please leave a signed note with clear instructions for the driver. Otherwise, the delivery may fail.
Timed deliveries are available for an additional fee.
Palletised orders will receive a text confirmation (if a valid UK mobile number is provided), including a tracking link and estimated arrival time.
You must be present to accept the delivery or leave a signed note with instructions.
Re-delivery will be charged at the original delivery rate, payable to Pisa Stone Ltd.
Deliveries to gravel or grass surfaces require someone to be in attendance.
Report any damage or missing items to the driver and note it on the delivery paperwork.
Notify Pisastone Ltd within 24 hours with full details. Late reports may not be eligible for support.
All damage claims must include:
Claims without pallet-based photos cannot be validated, as we cannot confirm transit-related damage.
Pisastone Ltd is not liable for any costs arising from late, failed, or incorrect deliveries.
Do not install any items if you have concerns about damage or product accuracy.
Installed items cannot be refunded or replaced.
